Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Nicole, a guided imagery practitioner and board-certified health and wellness coach with a mission to help you create powerful transformations through self-care, mindfulness, and holistic healing. I believe that true well-being happens when we nurture the body, mind, and spirit — and that when we return to a state of balance, we unlock our innate capacity for healing and growth.
One of my greatest passions is guided imagery — a gentle but profound practice that helps you tap into your inner wisdom and intuition. I’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible shifts that happen when we quiet the noise of stress and listen to our heart’s wisdom. Through the power of imagination, we can move away from fear and worry, and start envisioning a future filled with hope, empowerment, and possibility.
My own journey to this work began during one of the most challenging times in my life — navigating divorce, raising a young son, and working full-time as a research scientist, all while feeling overwhelmed and burned out. My turning point came when I attended a workplace seminar on finding your purpose — my big “aha” moment. I realized I was stuck in a cycle of chronic stress and not living a life aligned with my own well-being and fulfillment. That moment inspired me to go back to school, earn my Master’s in Integrative Health, and commit to a path of learning, growth, and holistic wellness.
Now, I help busy professionals and caregivers just like you slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create space for healing and joy. Whether through one-on-one coaching, guided imagery, or group wellness workshops, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and at peace — so you can live with intention and thrive.
