I’m Nicole. I help people discover that they do have influence over their healing. With a complementary approach that honors your medical team, I empower you to take charge of your health through proven integrative practices for the mind, body, and spirit.

What makes me different? My background bridges both science and holistic healing. With 28 years in biotech research labs studying cancer and HIV and a Master’s in Integrative Health, I take what I’ve learned and help people heal in a more complete way. I bring compassion, deep listening, and practical tools that help you feel calmer, stronger, and more in control of your healing journey.

Here’s the truth: you have more influence over your healing than you think.

When you learn how to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and care for your whole self - mind, body, and spirit - you create the conditions for healing to unfold.

My role is to guide you in discovering these tools and practices, so you feel supported, more in control, and deeply connected to your own ability to heal.
